“My design journey began in 2014 when I first moved from Mumbai to pursue a Bachelor’s in Product Design from India’s MIT Institute of Design. While immersed in design thinking, I found myself drawn to the why behind user interactions — a curiosity that pulled me toward UX, a then-buzzword that ultimately reshaped my path!
After earning a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction from Michigan’s College for Creative Studies, I’ve spent the past 4+ years building user-centered experiences across enterprise and agency environments. I specialize in turning ambiguity into clarity through research that’s rigorous, collaborative, and action-oriented. Recently at Brambles, a global supply chain company, I led end-to-end research for digital tools used across logistics operations — shaping product strategy from early discovery to MVP launch. I’ve built research-ops from the ground up, driven UX maturity conversations, and helped cross-functional teams stay aligned around what really matters: the people we’re designing for.
But I’m no longer here just to fit into titles — I’m here to ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and help teams solve the right problems. Beyond various design tools and research methods, I bring a mindset of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement — looking to elevate both the product and the process.
